One of the day trips we took while in Whitehorse was a train ride from Fraser, B.C. to Skagway, Alaska. It was not a fast train, thankfully, because going around the mountainside at top speed would have likely freaked me out. This was one of the three occasions when we rounded a corner and were able to see the front of the train from our seats.
I didn't venture outside like some of the other brave folks did, mostly because I'm actually kind of afraid of heights and it was cool out there. Most of the pictures I got were through the window, which probably means I'm not very brave. Maybe next time.
